asFormat

                                      throws IllegalFormatException

Returns if the format string is satisfiable, and if the format's parameters match the passed ConversionCategorys. Otherwise an Error is thrown.

                                    throws IllegalFormatException

Throws an exception if the format is not syntactically valid.
